Our effective small group, reformer Pilates classes utilize spring-controlled resistance to build core strength, increase flexibility, endurance and coordination. Each of our master trainers has been certified to teach the Sharp Method, Barre Body Pilates. The resistance created by the pulley and spring system, along with your body weight provides a more challenging strength and endurance workout than Mat Pilates.

We offer a few different types of pilates classes for depending on your need — TrueFlow is a 50-minute, low-intensity reformer pilates class ideal for beginners to master the fundamentals of the Sharp Method technique. Abs and Arms is a 45-minute pilates class with emphasis on these key body parts. As well as our traditional TruePilates Class, an invigorating 50 — minute class.
