Rework your workout with extreme cross training at its best. This is a 45 minute circuit training challenge with a competitive edge, designed with short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations designed to target and chisel the legs, the core and the arms. You will move among several stations motivated by a class instructor including row, push-ups, planks, squats, and more. You will find yourself working harder than you ever imagined. Trust us – SWEAT INCLUDED.

Please note – Shockwave is a fun and intense class. Please try a Row class prior to get your feet wet on the row machine. For all fitness levels, we recommend taking no more than 2 Shockwave classes per week.
