These three practices are all very approachable and highly effective for any fitness level and for any age—so they are great for first-time exercisers and long-timers alike. Combined, they intensify and maximize your cardio and training efforts and keep you constantly improving your overall strength, flexibility, and balance. That means you are investing in looking and feeling good today and staying active and healthy for many more years to come.
To round out your workouts, our two studios also offer Yoga, Boxing, and High Fitness classes. This variety of offerings is key to your long-term health and fitness and helps you stay excited about and committed to your routine.
Another thing we do a little differently at Truecore Fitness is class size. We curate groups of 6-12 people and pair you with an experienced trainer. We’ve found that our small classes equal big results and more fun! Our members work hard together and celebrate successes together. It is a welcoming and encouraging culture that keeps you moving and motivated.

TrueYoga is more than stretches and poses. What you practice on the mat has benefits that continue beyond the final pose at the end of class – in your life and as a wonderful compliment to the other Truecore classes! Morning, afternoon and evening, as well as weekend classes, are offered. Most yoga classes emphasize the purpose and basics of a yoga practice. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX ... provides a vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all the things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it's the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it's challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness.
