TrueYoga is more than stretches and poses. What you practice on the mat has benefits that continue beyond the final pose at the end of class – in your life and as a wonderful compliment to the other Truecore classes! Morning, afternoon and evening, as well as weekend classes, are offered. Most yoga classes emphasize the purpose and basics of a yoga practice. Each practice is approximately 50 minutes, and focuses on breathing to reduce stress and calm the cluttered mind, incorporates balance to develop stronger posture and internal core support, and uses flexibility to loosen stiff muscles and joints.
