WHAT IS CXWORX?
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Zumba is a total body workout that uses a combination of high and low-intensity dance moves for an interval style, calorie-torching, sweaty good time. Zumba is based on the principle that a work out should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO!” Zumba works your entire body, improving both physical and mental health.

High Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense, easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with INTENSITY (interval, plyometrics, and cardio) with CONSISTENCY (each song has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors). In just one class you will burn tons of calories, transform your body, and your mood!

Rework your workout with extreme cross-training at its best. This is a 45-minute circuit training challenge with a competitive edge, designed with short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations designed to target and chisel the legs, the core and the arms. You will move among several stations motivated by a class instructor including row, push-ups, planks, squats, and more. You will find yourself working harder than you ever imagined.
Please note – Shockwave is a fun and intense class. Please try a Row class prior to getting your feet wet on the row machine. For all fitness levels, we recommend taking no more than 2 Shockwave classes per week.
