Meet Jennifer D!

Jennifer has always been active and teaches Barre at Truecore. In elementary school, she was in gymnastics and eventually became a cheerleader at Belton High School. Texas is her home, but she has lived in plenty of other places. After graduating with a degree in Apparel & Design Technology from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN she moved back to Belton for a short time before moving to Chicago where she took her first yoga class. She came back to Texas again and decided to go back to school and moved to Austin to get her Masters of Arts in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduation, she got a job in Indianapolis, IN.

Eventually finding her way back to central Texas, Jennifer now works for Don Ringler Chevrolet & Toyota as the Digital & Events Marketing Manager. She was introduced to Barre two years ago and was so impressed with the changes she was seeing in her body, decided she wanted to share it with others! She is a certified Bootybarre instructor as well as a certified YogaFit instructor. Besides working at Don Ringler Chevrolet & Toyota and teaching at Truecore, Jennifer is also involved in the Junior League of Bell County and enjoys the volunteering opportunities and friendships that provides. Currently she lives in north Temple with her cat, Katinka and her dog, Todd who she likes to take for walks when the weather is nice.

Jennifer has been teaching at TrueCore since it opened in 2015.  She teaches Barre, Pilates, & Yoga at the studio.  Fitness and staying healthy have been a part of her life since college.  Jennifer became certified to teach yoga 10 years ago and more recently went through Barre teacher training and after joining the TrueCore Team decided to teach reformer Pilates as well.
Jennifer was raised in Belton and currently lives in Temple.  In addition to teaching fitness classes, she owns Digital Cowgirl, a small business helping other small businesses with digital marketing and social media.  She also teaches college marketing at the University of Phoenix in Killeen from time to time.
