2. Remind yourself how good it makes you feel- Nothing beats the proud feeling of accomplishment after a good workout. Don’t focus on the effort, focus on the outcome—that post-workout euphoria!
3. Keep each other accountable- Find a friend that will motivate you to get up and get going. It not only helps you reach your goals but makes the workouts even more fun!
4. Take those rest days- Recovery is vital to working out and key to long-term wellness. It’s also a great way to unwind after a week of hard work.
5. Just get here! Getting to the studio is half the battle, once you walk into the doors we will be sure to challenge and motivate you to reach your goals!
