Hey y’all, I’m Sarah Garcia! I was born in Austin but spent most of my life growing up in San Antonio—that’s also where my daughter, Penelope, was born. I recently moved to Salado and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Not long after moving, I found TrueCore in November 2024 and immediately felt at home. I started my barre certification in February 2025 and have been loving every minute of this journey.

I’m a proud mom, barre enthusiast, and super excited to grow with this amazing community. Can’t wait to move, sweat, and have fun with you all at TrueCore!
