TruePilates

TrueCore Pilates is a HIGH INTENSITY PILATES CLASS based on The Sharp Method technique, using the reformer machine. This 50-minute class cinches your core, lifts your glutes, elongates your legs, sculpts your arms, and engages muscles you’ve never felt before. In this class you will feel your intrinsic and extrinsic muscles working as well as your slow twitch muscle fibers.

TruePilates is an invigorating Pilates and fitness experience. Much like our other TrueCore Pilates classes, we lay the foundation by incorporating the holistic principles of Pilates: Breath, Control, Center, Concentration, Precision, and Flow, we just complimented it with high intensity. Through specific movements, you will improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Our instructors provide thorough cueing to feel the correct muscle groups and prevent injury. If you have never done reformer pilates before we recommend starting with TrueFlow.

TrueFlow Pilates

We fuse the holistic principles of Pilates by strengthening, lengthening, and stretching. It’s our signature LOW intensity, LOW impact Contemporary Pilates class we like to call True FLOW!

A full body “movement” class, created by our very own @theSHARPmethod (TSM), and utilizing TSM Custom Pilates Reformers, we focus on breath, concentration, control, centering, flow, postural alignment and precision. Our TrueFlow Pilates has our clients saying “I feel muscles I’ve never felt before.” With minimal standing on our custom reformer, we focus more on Contemporary Pilates exercises like Footwork, Spinal (flexion, extension, rotation) Rowing Series, 100s, Short Spine, Long Spine and Mermaid Stretch. This class is more calming and therapeutic compared to our TruePilates classes. In this class you will feel your intrinsic and extrinsic muscles working as well as your slow twitch muscle fibers. This is a great class to start with if you are new to Pilates.

Jumpboard Pilates

We fuse the holistic principles of Pilates and add cardio, but don’t worry you get to lay down and JUMP! Our custom Pilates Jumpboard is a contemporary ‘prop’ that provides a firm, but padded jumping surface that allows for biomechanically sound foot placement and can be used for both plyometric and aerobic (cardio-based) exercises.

It’s our signature High intensity, low impact Pilates class we like to call Jumpboard Pilates. A full body “JUMP” class, with some light standing on our custom reformer, created by our very own @theSHARPmethod (TSM), while still focusing on breath, concentration, control, centering, flow, postural alignment, and precision.

In our Jumpboard class you will feel your intrinsic and extrinsic muscles working as well as both your slow twitch and your fast twitch muscle fibers.

TruePilates + Strength

Elevate your workout with a Pilates-inspired strength class that incorporates weights for added resistance and results. This class blends core-focused Pilates exercises with weighted strength movements for a powerful, full-body workout. You’ll sculpt and tone your arms, legs, and abs while improving posture, balance, and endurance. Expect a challenging, energizing class that builds long, lean muscle and leaves you feeling stronger after every session.

TruePilates Straps

This is a full-body Pilates class where we use any and all of our Straps for the entire class. Straps include all five of our ropes, this means our: long double loops, short baby handles, our backend ankle strap, our frontend bungee strap, and also our carriage strap and floor strap. Some exercises will be TRULY harder and some TRULY therapeutic and relaxing. Book now to feel the burn and the flow!

TruePilates Abs + Arms (35 min)

Come and spend 35 minutes targeting your abs and arms through our reformer pilates, and leave feeling accomplished and strong!

TrueSculpt

Transform your body and challenge your strength inTrueSculpt! This energizing class combines the foundational principles of Pilates with targeted sculpting exercises to tone, define, and strengthen every muscle group. Using just your body weight, resistance bands, and light weights, you’ll engage in a series of controlled, full-body movements designed to build lean muscle and enhance flexibility.

In TrueSculpt, expect a focus on core strength, balance, and posture, with exercises that isolate and activate muscles, particularly in the abs, glutes, and legs. The slow, deliberate pace will allow you to refine your form and increase muscle endurance, while the dynamic movements will keep your heart rate up and challenge your body in new ways.

Perfect for all fitness levels, this class encourages you to move with precision and mindfulness, giving you the tools to build a stronger, more sculpted body while enhancing your flexibility and coordination.

Hot Sculpt

Get ready to sweat and sculpt in this dynamic fusion of our Sharp Method Pilates, strength training, and high-intensity heat. In Hot Mat Pilates Sculpt, you’ll work through a series of targeted movements designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and tone your entire body. Set in a heated room, this class intensifies the traditional Pilates workout, incorporating light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to increase muscle definition and burn fat.

Expect to engage your core, challenge your endurance, and push your limits as you flow through exercises that focus on core strength, balance, and flexibility. Whether you’re a Pilates pro or new to the practice, this class is designed for all levels, offering modifications to ensure you get the most out of your workout. Leave feeling strong, centered, and empowered with a full-body burn like no other.

Barre/Yoga Classes

TrueBarre

Sweat. Cardio. Full body workout. It’s our signature HIGH intensity LOW impact Barre class we like to call TrueBarre! Created by our very own @BarreBodyPilates. Our TrueBarre class focuses on getting longer, leaner, healthier, happier, and svelte physics with an emphasis on high intensity cardio. This class combines many aspects of dance, Pilates, yoga, and myofascial release. Structured to firm, lift, and tone all your best assets while restoring the congested areas. Our class strengthens your seat, thighs, core and arms, while providing flexibility in the spine and improving your posture. This class does work the body to fatigue; however, subsequent to your hard work we stretch your muscles in a way to promote that elongated look. TrueBarre is structured to offer variations for the athlete and modifications for the beginner, injured or pre/post natal. Nonetheless, you will have fun, your heart rate will elevate and you will shake that groove thing while slimming your waist. Let’s plié and relevé.

This is our TrueBarre class but in a room heated to 90°.

Holy Yoga

Holy Yoga is a vinyasa class with a Christian scripture meditation.

Vinyasa Yoga

This form of yoga is characterized by fluid, movement intensive practices. You will seamlessly flow through various postures with the intention of linking breath to movement. Each sequence is unique and ever changing making your experiences different in each class. Each series can be customized to all levels of students. Expect to increase your heart rate as your muscles warm throughout your practice. You will focus on strength as you gain flexibility along the way.

Heated Vinyasa Yoga

A combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga, this class has you moving with fluid motion from pose to pose increasing the heart rate at times, while also taking time to hold stretches. Using the heat to our advantage as we move deeper into the stretches, you can be certain you will sweat in the class which makes it more challenging both mentally and physically. The purpose is to flush toxins, burn more calories and allow you to move more deeply into poses. It is essential to hydrate well before, during and after class.  

Gentle Hatha Yoga

Gentle Hatha Yoga is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. This gentle class will include more warm up movements and the yoga postures are often held for longer times. There is a stronger emphasis on stretching, seated poses and low-impact movements. A slower and gentler practice of yoga allows people of all fitness levels to move at a comfortable pace, does not push them to do anything that may make them uncomfortable, and creates less strain on their muscles and joints.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine through extended holds of postures. The poses are held from 2-5 minutes, sometimes longer. This is a great class for beginners or advance students looking for a restful class that focuses on restoring flexibility and/or working deeply into joints and tissues.

True Recovery Yoga

Workout recovery includes “active recovery” or low intensity movement. We’ve designed the perfect class to improve blood flow & remove metabolic waste, not to mention it makes you feel so much better! A combination of nerve flossing, restorative yoga & gentle hatha yoga.

**An extra perk for those looking to deepen your asanas with hands on assists, deepen your relaxation with aromatherapy & deepen your savasana with both. Consent is reiterated in every class & applies to each individual.

Floating Yoga & Meditation

Suspend your way to a stronger body working with gravity to relax, realign, center the mind, uplift spirit. Floating yoga can help decompress and lengthen the spine and allow you to go deeper into yoga poses.

For your optimal aerial experience, please remove all jewelry prior to class. Please arrive well hydrated and bring water. Due to the inversions, floating yoga is not open to pregnant women.

BodyPump™

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

TrueHIIT + Boxing Express

Glove up for a dynamic fusion of boxing and high-intensity training. TrueHIIT + Boxing combines powerful boxing sequences with heart-pumping HIIT intervals to challenge your endurance, strength, and speed. Expect to burn calories, tone your body, and relieve stress—all while having fun and keeping your energy high..

TrueRow Circuit

Power up your workout with this high-energy fusion of rowing and strength training. TrueRow Circuit combines bursts of calorie-torching cardio on the rower with targeted resistance and bodyweight exercises for a full-body challenge. You’ll cycle through stations designed to build endurance, sculpt lean muscle, and boost metabolism — all while keeping the pace fun and engaging. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this class adapts to your level and leaves you feeling stronger, faster, and more energized.

Cycle Classes

TrueRide

Cycle and sweat with 45 minutes of calorie-blasting, full-body cardio. Expect a killer workout to a pumped-up playlist with flats, hills, sprints, climbs, runs, and more all on the bike. All levels welcome in this indoor cycling class.

Our bikes use SPD clips but also have cages so you can wear tennis shoes.

TrueRide Express (30 min)

A 30 min high intensity cycle class. Burn more in less time with short and fast bursts of efforts at maximum, all-out intensity. Every class is power based, meaning you ride to the beat of the music using your FTP, aka Functional Threshold Power, to guide you. Expect a killer playlist and a killer workout including climbs, jumps, sprints, pace pushes and more. All levels welcome in this indoor cycling spin class, as it is perfect for beginners and experienced riders alike.

HIIT Ride Express (30 min)

Les Mills RPM™ is a high-energy indoor cycling workout set to motivating music. It’s designed to simulate a variety of cycling experiences, from uphill climbs to fast-paced sprints, all while targeting different muscle groups. The class is 45 minutes long and combines interval training, endurance, and strength-building exercises, making it a great cardio workout.
