Attendance Policy
Please Be Aware
TruecCore classes are small, by design. Change of plans? Please review the attendance info for your location.
Cancellations:
Reschedule or cancel your class registration for free
- Early morning classes: Weekdays 5:30 AM & 6:30 AM or Weekends 8AM – Must be cancelled by 10 PM the night before.
- All other class times – Up to 6 hours before the class start time.
Any class needs to be canceled in accordance with the times above to avoid a Late Cancellation Fee of $12 or No Show Fee.
If you cancel within one (1) hour of class OR do not show up, you will be assessed a No Show Fee of $20.
Late Arrival: Out of respect for our other clients, we can only hold your spot for 5 minutes after the class begins. If you get there late, you can join the class. Class entrances after 5 minutes will be assessed a Late Fee of $12. Please try not to disturb the other clients and remember to sign in after class! If you’re unable to arrive within 5 minutes of the start time, you will be considered a no-show for the class. And per our attendance policy, you will be charged a No Show Fee of $20.
For Yoga Classes: Our yoga studio is designed to be peaceful and serene. Please arrive prior to class. Late entrance is not possible for any yoga class. If you are unable to arrive for a yoga class start time, you will be charged a No Show Fee.
Guests: Clients who register a guest for a class are responsible for and will be charged the late fee or no show charge, on behalf of their guest.
