Amy’s yoga journey began while she was in college. She has practiced on and off over the years but has always returned to the mat for a variety of different reasons. One constant, however, is that she clearly recognized that she was the best version of herself when she had an active yoga practice.
Amy chose to deepen her own knowledge and experience by training with the Guiding Wellness Institute and Life Moves Yoga. She is 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), a Warriors at Ease Level II teacher and a certified 200 hour Aerial Yoga teacher. Amy enjoys a variety of yoga disciplines and believes strongly in the power of mindfulness and breath.
In Amy’s class, expect a well-designed sequence for the whole self – mind, body and soul. Amy aspires to create a warm, welcoming environment for everybody and every body.
