Audrey has been teaching at TrueCore since 2022 and teaches several classes, including TrueFit and Cycle. She graduated in 2023 from UMHB with her Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and will graduate with her Masters degree in 2024. She is currently a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Baylor Scott & White in Temple and translates her love for health and fitness into programming exercise and rehabilitation for heart patients through her work.

In her free time, she enjoys trail running, cooking and baking, and relaxing and spending time with friends.
