Cassie became a 200 RYT certified Holy Yoga instructor in 2015. She is passionate about the practice of yoga in combination with the meditations of the Christian faith. Cassie and her husband, Russ, have lived and worked in Central Texas since 2000.  They have two young adult children, Grace and Sam.
