Emily Prevost has never considered herself flexible or athletic, but found that yoga was helpful for easing her aching body and calming her restless mind. She originally began a yoga teacher training program to further her own yoga practice and fell in love with teaching.
Emily is a RYT-200 with continuing education in restorative and yin yoga. She particularly loves the way these practices complement the cardio and strength-building classes she participates in at TrueCore.
