Instructor: Pilates and Barre
Holly is a small town girl who was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country. Growing up as a rancher’s daughter, she naturally loves the outdoors and exploring God’s beautiful creation. She is a proud Fightin’ Texas Aggie (Class of 2006) and has a B.S. in Agriculture Economics. She moved to Temple in 2008 where she met her husband, Rusty. They now have two beautiful daughters, Yancy and Gentry.
They as a family are adventurers and love to engage in all the wonderful experiences and delicious cuisine that their travels may offer.
Staying active has always been a very important part of her life. But as an adult, Holly could not find the right workout scene for her…that is until she found Truecore. She walked through the door the first week it opened and fell in love with all the classes, instructors, atmosphere, and positivity it provided. She also saw changes in her body and personal fitness very quickly; and was amazed!!! In 2018 she decided to step away from a legal role of 11 years and pursue a dream of instructing fitness classes and she hasn’t looked back! Holly’s passions are her faith, family, friends, laughter, health & fitness, music, and encouraging others. Holly is certified in The Sharp Method’s Pilates, Sharp Method’s Barre Body Pilates, and Les Mills Body Pump. As a Truecore instructor Holly gets to fulfill her passions. Her goal is to help others feel wonderful inside and out as well as strong and encouraged and have a whole lot of fun doing it! She loves the idea of teamwork – to ENCOURAGE & EMPOWER instead of compete and compare – and she absolutely LOVES being part of the Truecore Fitness Team and community. You can see Holly on the schedule teaching: Heated Barre on Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30am (this one is fiery!); TrueBarre on Wednesday at 8:30am; TruePilates and TrueFlow on Friday at 8:30 and 9:30 am.
