Janet Harford is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), trained through an approved Yoga Teacher Training School with Yoga Alliance. Janet is also a full-time, practicing attorney with over 28 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Janet began her personal yoga practice about five years ago as a compliment to other exercise modalities (i.e., Barre, Pilates, Spin, and Rowing) at Truecore Fitness. In time, Janet was increasingly drawn to all of Yoga’s benefits both on and off the mat. These benefits include improved focus, flexibility, peacefulness, and balance. Janet especially enjoys practicing and teaching Slow Flow and Vinyasa Yoga at Truecore Fitness. You can expect a mindful, safe, and complete Yoga sequence in Janet’s classes where all experience levels are welcome.
