Meredith is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), trained through Life Moves Yoga. Yoga combines her love of movement to music and connecting mind to body through breath. She is drawn to yoga not only as a physical practice but also for the deeper experience of being present in the moment. Originally from Dallas, she is a proud Texan and a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. With experience as a broadcast news reporter and in public relations, she enjoys connecting with people.
