Pilates Classes

Core & Caboose Pilates (35 min)

Want to spend a full 35 minutes targeting those glutes & abs? This is your class!

Much like our other TrueCore Pilates classes, we lay the foundation by incorporating the holistic principles of Pilates: Breath, Control, Center, Concentration, Precision, and Flow, we just complimented it with high intensity. Through specific movements, you will improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Jumpboard Pilates

We fuse the holistic principles of Pilates and add cardio, but don’t worry you get to lay down and JUMP! Our custom Pilates Jumpboard is a contemporary ‘prop’ that provides a firm, but padded jumping surface that allows for biomechanically sound foot placement and can be used for both plyometric and aerobic (cardio-based) exercises.

It’s our signature High intensity, low impact Pilates class we like to call Jumpboard Pilates. A full body “JUMP” class, with some light standing on our custom reformer, created by our very own @theSHARPmethod (TSM), while still focusing on breath, concentration, control, centering, flow, postural alignment, and precision.

In our Jumpboard class you will feel your intrinsic and extrinsic muscles working as well as both your slow twitch and your fast twitch muscle fibers.

TruePilates

TrueCore Pilates is a HIGH INTENSITY PILATES CLASS based on The Sharp Method technique, using the reformer machine. This 50-minute class cinches your core, lifts your glutes, elongates your legs, sculpts your arms, and engages muscles you’ve never felt before. In this class you will feel your intrinsic and extrinsic muscles working as well as your slow twitch muscle fibers.

TruePilates is an invigorating Pilates and fitness experience. Much like our other TrueCore Pilates classes, we lay the foundation by incorporating the holistic principles of Pilates: Breath, Control, Center, Concentration, Precision, and Flow, we just complimented it with high intensity. Through specific movements, you will improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Our instructors provide thorough cueing to feel the correct muscle groups and prevent injury. If you have never done reformer pilates before we recommend starting with TrueFlow.

TrueFlow Pilates

We fuse the holistic principles of Pilates by strengthening, lengthening, and stretching. It’s our signature LOW intensity, LOW impact Contemporary Pilates class we like to call True FLOW!

A full body “movement” class, created by our very own @theSHARPmethod (TSM), and utilizing TSM Custom Pilates Reformers, we focus on breath, concentration, control, centering, flow, postural alignment and precision. Our TrueFlow Pilates has our clients saying “I feel muscles I’ve never felt before.” With minimal standing on our custom reformer, we focus more on Contemporary Pilates exercises like Footwork, Spinal (flexion, extension, rotation) Rowing Series, 100s, Short Spine, Long Spine and Mermaid Stretch. This class is more calming and therapeutic compared to our TruePilates classes. In this class you will feel your intrinsic and extrinsic muscles working as well as your slow twitch muscle fibers. This is a great class to start with if you are new to Pilates.

True JumpBoard + Strength

Our True Pilates Jumpboard + Strength is a High-Intensity combo class that focuses on strength and cardio.We fuse the holistic principles of Pilates and add cardio, but don’t worry you get to lay down and JUMP! Our custom Pilates Jumpboard is a contemporary ‘prop’ that provides a firm, but padded jumping surface that allows for biomechanically sound foot placement and can be used for both plyometric and aerobic (cardio-based) exercises.

It’s our signature mid-level intensity, we like to call Jumpboard Pilates. The heart rate will elevate as it should, this class could help reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn more calories simply by adding heavier weights.

True Pilates Straps

This is a full-body Pilates class where we use any and all of our Straps for the entire class. Straps include all five of our ropes, this means our: long double loops, short baby handles, our backend ankle strap, our frontend bungee strap, and also our carriage strap and floor strap. Some exercises will be TRULY harder and some TRULY therapeutic and relaxing. Book now to feel the burn and the flow!

True Pilates Bridge

This is the next step up in intensity from our True Pilates Flow class. It is a great Bridge to the next level class True Pilates. This class may even become your favorite class! It won’t be easy, but it will thoroughly teach you how high-intensity Pilates combined with the holistic principles of Pilates will help you move better, breathe better and live better. This class cinches your core, lifts your glutes, elongates your legs, sculpts your arms, and engages muscles you’ve never felt before.

TruePilates + Strength

If you love our intense True Pilates class and are ready to incorporate heavier weights (think 8s 15s 25s pounds) then you may have found your new favorite class. This is our True Pilates class with weight training and strength movements. We have added suitcase squats, deadlifts, supersets, and compound movements, all with heavier weights. The heart rate will elevate as it should, this class could help reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn more calories simply by adding heavier weights.

Classical Mat Pilates

Rooted in the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, this class focuses on controlled, precise movements to strengthen the core, improve posture, and increase flexibility. While grounded in traditional mat work, we’ll occasionally incorporate light weights and small props to enhance the workout and deepen the connection to each movement. Expect a strong emphasis on deep core engagement and building stability from the inside out. Suitable for all levels looking to build strength, stability, and body awareness.

Heated Classical Mat Pilates

THIS CLASS IS HEATED!!! Prepare to feel the burn and sweat!

Barre Classes

TrueBarre

A balanced 50-minute barre class that combines the strength of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga, and the technique of ballet to sculpt your body. This barre class offers high results with low-impact, and focuses on all your major muscle groups. It adds refined, targeted movements to support your alignment and posture. You’ll use the barre, mat, small hand weights, and a ball to feel the burn.

TrueBarre + Sculpt

True Barre + Sculpt class is a type of fitness workout that combines elements of ballet barre exercises with sculpting moves. It focuses on small, controlled movements, high repetitions, and isometric holds to tone muscles and improve posture, flexibility, and core strength. This is a full body workout! True Barre + Sculpt is structured to offer variations and modifications. 

Cardio Classes

TrueFit Strength + Sculpt

TrueFit Strength + Sculpt is 50 min of Low Impact Strength Training with Bands, Balls, and Weights. Plyometric exercises to get your heat rate up. Mat Pilates core to engage your strength through stability. Focusing on creating lean muscle mass, not bulk.
