Pilates Classes

TruePilates

TruePilates is an invigorating Pilates and fitness experience, as well as being our signature Pilates class at all TrueCore Fitness locations. It is a highly effective, total body workout for all age and fitness levels, it offers more results in less time.

Much like our other TrueCore Pilates classes, we lay the foundation by incorporating the holistic principles of Pilates: Breath, Control, Center, Concentration, Precision, and Flow, we just complemented it with high intensity. Through specific movements, you will improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Pilates breathing serves to improve lung function and increase oxygenation of the blood. Our instructors provide thorough cueing to feel the correct muscle groups and prevent injury.

TrueCore Pilates is based on The Sharp Method technique, using the reformer machine. This 50-minute class cinches your core, lifts your glutes, elongates your legs, sculpts your arms, and engages muscles you’ve never felt before. In this class you will feel your intrinsic and extrinsic muscles working as well as your slow twitch muscle fibers.

This class is challenging, you will sweat, and perhaps see your muscle quivering, but truly a great class to take when it’s time to kick it up a notch. This class is designed to challenge all fitness levels.

True Contemporary Flow

We fuse the holistic principles of Pilates by strengthening, lengthening, and stretching. It’s our signature LOW intensity, LOW impact Pilates class we like to call True FLOW!

A full body “movement” class, created by our very own @theSHARPmethod (TSM), and utilizing TSM Custom Pilates Reformers, we focus on breath, concentration, control, centering, flow, postural alignment and precision.

Our True Contemporary Flow Pilates has our clients saying “I feel muscles I’ve never felt before.” With minimal standing on our custom reformer, we focus more on Contemporary Pilates exercises like Footwork, Spinal (flexion, extension, rotation) Rowing Series, 100s, Short Spine, Long Spine and Mermaid Stretch. This class is more calming and therapeutic compared to our TruePilates class. In this class you will feel your intrinsic and extrinsic muscles working as well as both your slow twitch and your fast twitch muscle fibers. Form and technique driven, this class is for everyone!

TruePilates + Strength

If you love our intense TruePilates class and are ready to incorporate heavier weights (think 8s 15s 25s pounds) then you may have found your new favorite class. This is our TruePilates class with weight training and strength movements. We have added suitcase squats, deadlifts, supersets, and compound movements, all with heavier weights. The heart rate will elevate as it should, this class could help reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn more calories simply by adding heavier weights.

Jump Board Pilates + Strength

Our True Pilates Jumpboard + Strength is a High-Intensity combo class that focuses on strength and cardio.

We combine @TheSharpMethod Pilates with safe plyometric cardio “jumping laying down” movements for a full body workout. *It is recommended to take True Pilates Flow first to gauge fitness level*

Using our custom TSM Jumpboard, we use plyometrics (on our reformers) to increase strength and power through activation of the fast twitch muscle fibers.

We fuse the holistic principles of Pilates and add cardio, but don’t worry you get to lay down and JUMP! Our custom Pilates Jumpboard is a contemporary ‘prop’ that provides a firm, but padded jumping surface that allows for biomechanically sound foot placement and can be used for both plyometric and aerobic (cardio-based) exercises.

It’s our signature mid-level intensity, low impact Pilates class we like to call Jumpboard Pilates. A full body “JUMP” class, with some light standing on our custom reformer, created by our very own @theSHARPmethod (TSM), while still focusing on breath, concentration, control, centering, flow, postural alignment, and precision.

In our Jumpboard class you will feel your intrinsic and extrinsic muscles working as well as both your slow twitch and your fast twitch muscle fibers. *Our custom TSM Jumpboard will be utilized as it’s added cardio fat burn, it can improve your nervous system, helps build stamina and is FUN.

TrueRecovery + Stretch

Need a relaxing and therapeutic 50 minutes of feel good? You work hard in our fitness classes here, in life, at home, at work. Let us guide you through some well deserved self care. Join us for a class combining Pilates reformer stretching, myofascial release using our foam rollers and massage balls. These tools help calm mind and body tension through trigger point bodywork. We teach you how to use these props and tools to release unwanted stress the body holds onto. Sciatica, tight hamstrings, stiff spine, achy feet, throbbing lower back, neck? Come and spend 35 minutes targeting your core and “caboose” through our reformer Pilates, and leave feeling accomplished and strong!

True Sculpt

Get ready to sculpt and build lean muscles in this dynamic fusion of our Sharp Method Pilates, strength training, HIIT Cardio. In True Sculpt, you’ll work through a series of targeted movements designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and tone your entire body. This class intensifies the traditional Pilates workout, incorporating weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to increase muscle definition and burn fat.

Expect to engage your core, challenge your endurance, and push your limits as you flow through exercises that focus on core strength, balance, and flexibility. Whether you’re a Pilates pro or new to the practice, this class is designed for all levels, offering modifications to ensure you get the most out of your workout. Leave feeling strong, centered, and empowered with a full-body burn like no other.

Bring your energy, a towel, and plenty of water to stay hydrated in this, high-energy class. You’ll leave feeling revitalized and sculpted!

Hot Sculpt

Get ready to sweat and sculpt in this dynamic fusion of our Sharp Method Pilates, strength training, and high-intensity heat. In Hot Sculpt, the room is heated to 90 degrees and you’ll work through a series of targeted movements designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and tone your entire body. Set in a heated room, this class intensifies the traditional Pilates workout, incorporating light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to increase muscle definition and burn fat.

Expect to engage your core, challenge your endurance, and push your limits as you flow through exercises that focus on core strength, balance, and flexibility. Whether you’re a Pilates pro or new to the practice, this class is designed for all levels, offering modifications to ensure you get the most out of your workout. Leave feeling strong, centered, and empowered with a full-body burn like no other.

Barre/Yoga Classes

TrueBarre

Sweat. Cardio. Full body workout. It’s our signature HIGH intensity LOW impact Barre class we like to call TrueBarre! Created by our very own @BarreBodyPilates. Our TrueBarre class focuses on getting longer, leaner, healthier, happier, and svelte physics with an emphasis on high intensity cardio. This class combines many aspects of dance, Pilates, yoga, and myofascial release. Structured to firm, lift, and tone all your best assets while restoring the congested areas. Our class strengthens your seat, thighs, core and arms, while providing flexibility in the spine and improving your posture. This class does work the body to fatigue; however, subsequent to your hard work we stretch your muscles in a way to promote that elongated look. TrueBarre is structured to offer variations for the athlete and modifications for the beginner, injured or pre/post natal. Nonetheless, you will have fun, your heart rate will elevate and you will shake that groove thing while slimming your waist. Let’s plié and relevé.

Heated Barre

Sweat. Cardio. Full body workout. It’s the same Barre you love with some additional HEAT! Set in a 90 degree room, our signature HIGH intensity LOW impact Barre class we like to call TrueBarre! Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a dynamic and challenging fitness-based yoga class designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Rooted in traditional Baptiste yoga, this vigorous practice emphasizes continuous movement, breath control (vinyasa), and powerful postures to create a full-body workout.

Expect a fast-paced flow that increases heart rate, tones muscles, and enhances mental focus. Each class includes a blend of standing poses, core work, balancing sequences, and deep stretches, all synchronized with breath to cultivate energy and mindfulness.

Perfect for students looking for a physically intense yoga experience, Power Yoga is suitable for beginners or those who have  prior yoga or fitness experience. Be ready to sweat, move, and leave feeling strong, empowered, and energized.

Ashtanga Yoga

Discover the power, discipline, and rhythm of Ashtanga Yoga, a dynamic and structured practice rooted in traditional yoga philosophy. This class follows a set sequence of postures linked by breath and movement (vinyasa), promoting strength, flexibility, and inner focus.

Students will be guided through the Primary Series (or appropriate modifications), emphasizing Ujjayi breath, Bandhas (internal locks), and Drishti (gaze points) to cultivate mindfulness and a moving meditation. Expect a physically demanding class that builds heat, detoxifies the body, and calms the mind.

Perfect for those who enjoy structure, repetition, and a deepening of personal discipline, this class is suitable for both experienced practitioners and dedicated beginners willing to commit to the practice.

Hips & Hammies Yoga

Hips & Yoga is a dynamic and challenging fitness-based yoga class that is lower-body focused. Rooted in traditional Baptiste yoga, this vigorous practice emphasizes continuous movement, breath control (vinyasa), and powerful postures to create a full-body workout.

Class is designed to address muscle tightness throughout the body. Rooted in Yin- style Yoga, this class will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and stress free!
