TruePilates
TrueCore Pilates is a HIGH INTENSITY PILATES CLASS based on The Sharp Method technique, using the reformer machine. This 50-minute class cinches your core, lifts your glutes, elongates your legs, sculpts your arms, and engages muscles you’ve never felt before. In this class you will feel your intrinsic and extrinsic muscles working as well as your slow twitch muscle fibers.
TruePilates is an invigorating Pilates and fitness experience. Much like our other TrueCore Pilates classes, we lay the foundation by incorporating the holistic principles of Pilates: Breath, Control, Center, Concentration, Precision, and Flow, we just complimented it with high intensity. Through specific movements, you will improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Our instructors provide thorough cueing to feel the correct muscle groups and prevent injury. If you have never done reformer pilates before we recommend starting with TrueFlow.

TrueFlow
We fuse the holistic principles of Pilates by strengthening, lengthening, and stretching. It’s our signature LOW intensity, LOW impact Contemporary Pilates class we like to call True FLOW!
A full body “movement” class, created by our very own @theSHARPmethod (TSM), and utilizing TSM Custom Pilates Reformers, we focus on breath, concentration, control, centering, flow, postural alignment and precision. Our TrueFlow Pilates has our clients saying “I feel muscles I’ve never felt before.” With minimal standing on our custom reformer, we focus more on Contemporary Pilates exercises like Footwork, Spinal (flexion, extension, rotation) Rowing Series, 100s, Short Spine, Long Spine and Mermaid Stretch. This class is more calming and therapeutic compared to our TruePilates classes. In this class you will feel your intrinsic and extrinsic muscles working as well as your slow twitch muscle fibers. This is a great class to start with if you are new to Pilates.

Jumpboard Pilates
We fuse the holistic principles of Pilates and add cardio, but don’t worry you get to lay down and JUMP! Our custom Pilates Jumpboard is a contemporary ‘prop’ that provides a firm, but padded jumping surface that allows for biomechanically sound foot placement and can be used for both plyometric and aerobic (cardio-based) exercises.
It’s our signature High intensity, low impact Pilates class we like to call Jumpboard Pilates. A full body “JUMP” class, with some light standing on our custom reformer, created by our very own @theSHARPmethod (TSM), while still focusing on breath, concentration, control, centering, flow, postural alignment, and precision.
In our Jumpboard class you will feel your intrinsic and extrinsic muscles working as well as both your slow twitch and your fast twitch muscle fibers.

TrueFlow and Recovery Pilates
Let us guide you through some well deserved self care. Join us for a class combining Pilates Flow, stretching, myofascial release using our foam rollers and massage balls. These tools help calm mind and body tension through trigger point bodywork. We teach you how to use these props and tools to release unwanted stress the body holds onto. Sciatica, tight hamstrings, stiff spine, achy feet, throbbing lower back, neck? Maybe it’s just work or life stress. Come spend 50 minutes with us.

Core & Caboose Pilates (35 min)
Want to spend a full 35 minutes targeting those glutes & abs? This is your class!
Much like our other TrueCore Pilates classes, we lay the foundation by incorporating the holistic principles of Pilates: Breath, Control, Center, Concentration, Precision, and Flow, we just complimented it with high intensity. Through specific movements, you will improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Barre/Yoga Classes
Contemporary Mat Pilates
Rooted in the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, this class focuses on controlled, precise movements to strengthen the core, improve posture, and increase flexibility. While grounded in traditional mat work, we’ll occasionally incorporate light weights and small props to enhance the workout and deepen the connection to each movement. Expect a strong emphasis on deep core engagement and building stability from the inside out. Suitable for all levels looking to build strength, stability, and body awareness.

Heated Barre
Heated Barre is a full-body, low-impact workout that combines the strength and precision of barre with the intensity of a heated room (85–90°F). Expect high-rep, small-range movements that challenge your arms, legs, glutes, and core — all designed to tone muscles, build endurance, and ignite your inner fire. Get ready to sweat, shake, and feel the burn from head to toe!

Heated Mat Sculpt
Get ready to sweat, shake, and push your limits in this high-intensity fusion class designed to strengthen, tone, and challenge your entire body. Set in a 90 degree room, Sculpt blends elements of barre, Pilates, yoga, and HIIT for a dynamic workout that builds endurance, boosts cardiovascular health, and sculpts lean muscle.
Expect a fast-paced flow with high reps, light to moderate weights, and intentional movement. You’ll move through sequences that target every major muscle group—layering in cardio bursts, deep core work, and mobility-driven stretches to keep your body guessing and your mind engaged.
This is not your average sculpt class. It’s intense, empowering, and designed to leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and accomplished. It’s going to push your limits so come ready to work.

Heated Mobility & Stretch
Unwind, lengthen, and move with intention in this 35-minute low-impact class designed to increase flexibility, mobility, and recovery. Set in a soothing 90° heated room, this class combines gentle movement and deep stretching to help release tension and improve range of motion. It’s not yoga—but you’ll leave feeling just as relaxed and restored. The perfect way to complement a high-intensity workout or enjoy as a recovery session on its own.

Heated Vinyasa
Vinyasa means linking movement with breath. During your yoga practice you can focus on bringing awareness to your breathing and using your breath as a way to guide you through the movements.
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice where you move through a flow of different yoga poses.
Typically, you will flow a few times in and out of a pose, before staying there for several breaths. Doing your best to follow the guidance of your breath. This allows the body to ease gently into postures that build flexibility, strength and balance.

BodyPump™
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

High Fitness
It’s a cardio blast, a dance party, and a full-body workout all in one!
HIGH Fitness pairs easy-to-follow choreography with intervals of high-energy movement—think jumping jacks, squats, lunges, and plyometrics—for a sweat session that flies by.
With upbeat music and nonstop vibes, you’ll burn calories, tone your entire body, and leave feeling strong, sweaty, and smiling. All fitness levels welcome!

Burn
This full-body class combines strength training, bodyweight exercises, cardio, flexibility, and mobility work. You’ll move through interval and circuit-style formats using equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, ski machines, and bikes.
The goal is to build strength, increase endurance, and improve overall functional movement.

Cycle Classes
TrueRide
Cycle and sweat with 45 minutes of calorie-blasting, full-body cardio. Expect a killer workout to a pumped-up playlist with flats, hills, sprints, climbs, runs, and more all on the bike. All levels welcome in this indoor cycling class.
Our bikes use SPD clips but also have cages so you can wear tennis shoes.

Rhythm Ride
Rhythm Ride is a class format that is perfect for the rider who loves to connect with the beat of the music and the energy generated from a great workout. In these classes, motivation takes the lead as you lift, move and groove to the beat of the drum and the pace of the ride. It’s like dancing on a bike! It’s Time to Party!

TrueTri (Cycle, Boxing, Strength)
The Perfect Cardio Trio – Kick things off with 15 minutes of cycling to elevate your heart rate, then transition into 30 minutes of high-energy strength and cardio! From boxing bags to kettlebells and dumbbells, this full-body workout is designed to burn calories and push your limits. Get ready for a powerful combination that will leave you feeling strong, energized, and toned!
