Small class sizes, knowledgeable instructors, a relaxing environment – this is like no other gym in Central Texas. From Pilates, barre, cycle and yoga to new classes like Zumba and Shockwave circuit training, Truecore helps to banish workout boredom.


Truecore Pilates is based on The Sharp Method technique and uses the reformer machine. This 50-minute class will cinch your core, lift your glutes, elongate your legs, sculpt your arms, and engage muscles you’ve never felt before. Condition your entire body and achieve lean muscle definition – fast.

TrueBarre is a balanced 50-minute class that combines the strength of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga, and the technique of ballet to sculpt your body. This high-results, low-impact class focuses on all your major muscle groups and adds refined, targeted movements to support your alignment and posture. You’ll use the barre, mat, small hand weights, and a ball to feel the burn and have fun.

TrueRyde is 45 minutes of calorie blasting, full-body cardio for all you sweat junkies out there. Because the bike moves with you and the ride is rhythm-based, RealRyder Cycling is a more authentic indoor cycling experience. On our RealRyder cycle, you will burn 20% more calories than any other bike. Enjoy the ryde!

TrueYoga is more than stretches and poses. What you practice on the yoga mat has benefits that continue beyond when you roll it up at the end of class – in your life and as a wonderful compliment to the other Truecore classes! Focus on breathing to reduce stress and calm the cluttered mind, balance to develop stronger posture and internal core support, and flexibility to loosen stiff muscles and joints.

Water-based rowing machines with dynamic sculpting exercises for the perfect calorie burn. TrueRow is the best workout you’ve probably never tried! Rowing works over 84% of all the muscles in your body. This heart-pumping, sweat-drenched, music-pounding 45 minute class is as fun as it is effective, burning 2 – 3 times the calories of spinning, treadmill or elliptical workouts you may be doing at other gyms.

Rework your workout with extreme cross training at its best. This circuit challenge with a competitive edge, designed with short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations designed to target and chisel the legs, the core and the arms. You will move among several stations motivated by a class instructor including row, push-ups, planks, squats, and more.

Zumba is a total body workout that uses a combination of high and low-intensity dance moves for an interval style, calorie torching, sweaty good time. Zumba is based on the principle that a work out should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO!” Zumba works your entire body, improving both physical and mental health.
