TrueYoga is more than stretches and poses. What you practice on the mat has benefits that continue beyond the final pose at the end of class. Each class is approximately 50 minutes and focuses on breathing to reduce stress and calm the cluttered mind. It incorporates balance to develop stronger posture and internal core support and uses flexibility to loosen stiff muscles and joints.
