TrueYoga is more than stretches and poses. What you practice on the mat has benefits that continue beyond when you roll it up at the end of class – in your life and as a wonderful compliment to the other Truecore classes! Morning, afternoon and evening as well as weekend classes will be offered. Most yoga classes will emphasize the purpose and basics of a yoga practice. Each practice will be approximately 50 minutes and focused on breathing to reduce stress and calm the cluttered mind, balance to develop stronger posture and internal core support, and flexibility to loosen stiff muscles and joints.

As clients become more familiar with yoga we will be offering Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga practices as well as hybrids with other Truecore classes.
