BodyPump

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP™ is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

CXWorx

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together.

All the moves in CXWORX™ have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout, trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get in some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

CXPump

45-minute mixed class combining CXWORX™ and BODYPUMP™.

TrueBarre

A balanced 50-minute barre class that combines the strength of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga, and the technique of ballet to sculpt your body. This barre class offers high results with low-impact, and focuses on all your major muscle groups. It adds refined, targeted movements to support your alignment and posture. You’ll use the barre, mat, small hand weights, and a ball to feel the burn.

TrueBarre Fire

Sweat. Cardio. Full body workout. It’s our signature HIGH intensity LOW impact Barre class we like to call TrueBarre Fire, as you will feel the heat in your seat! Created by our very own @BarreBodyPilates. Our TrueBarre Fire class focuses on getting longer, leaner, healthier, happier, and svelte physics with an emphasis on high intensity cardio. This class combines many aspects of dance, Pilates, yoga, and myofascial release. Structured to firm, lift, and tone all your best assets while restoring the congested areas. Our class strengthens your seat, thighs, core and arms, while providing flexibility in the spine and improving your posture. This class does work the body to fatigue; however, subsequent to your hard work we stretch your muscles in a way to promote that elongated look. TrueBarre Fire is structured to offer variations for the athlete and modifications for the beginner, injured or pre/post natal. Nonetheless, you will have fun, your heart rate will elevate and you will shake that groove thing while slimming your waist. Let’s plié and relevé. **Music is very upbeat.

TrueBarre Flow

Mind Body Connection. Slow & Controlled. Stretch. Restorative. It’s our signature LOW intensity LOW impact Barre class we like to call TrueBarre Flow. Created by our very own BarreBodyPilates.

Our Flow Barre class focuses on your full body, slower movements, longer holds, movement for a healthy body. This is a great class if you prefer more of a calm environment, if you are a beginner, have injuries, or pre-post natal.

Rather than moving at a brisk pace we move slower focusing on intention and integrity of the movement. This class combines many aspects of dance, Pilates, yoga, and myofascial release. At times we will incorporate peppermint oil at the start of class for energy and lavender oil at the end of class to calm the mind waves and cool down. After class we want you feeling vibrant, yet more relaxed from getting those longer, deeper stretches and a calm present mind. **Music keeps you “flowing.”
