BodyPump

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP™ is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

Expect to sweat while incorporating row, suspension training, resistance training, core exercises, and/or other functional training methods. Each class will focus on improving your cardio and building muscular endurance, while promoting weight loss and burning calories. Perfect for all fitness levels! 

TrueFit

Expect to sweat while incorporating row, suspension training, resistance training, core exercises, and/or other functional training methods. TrueTri (Cycling, Power Block,
Pilates Core)

True Tri Combines our Cycling, Boxing + Pilates all in 50 minutes.

*Cycling 15 min (Gym shoes (or) SPD cycle clip in’s required).

*Power Block- Boxing, Rowing, Circuit 15 min (Boxing gloves required bring them or buy them at TCF GTX). We rent for first timers $5.

*Pilates (Core) 15 min (Studio Sticky Socks required bring them or buy them at TCF GTX).

Cycle: Expect a killer sweat to a killer playlist with flats, hills, and sprints.
