Michelle fitness journey started in High School where she fell in love with lifting weights for track and dance. She received her group exercise certification in 2009 and her first LesMills certification in 2010 with BodyCombat, followed by GRIT, BodyPump and BodyBalance. Michelle believes that fitness is a journey, a marathon and not a sprint, age is just a number, have fun while challenging yourself and movement is life.
