Nick spent most of his life with stiffness and back pain. When he found yoga, he quickly became more limber and the pain went away. The impact of yoga changed his life and he never turned back. He has practiced yoga for the last eight years, and was recently certified to teach through the 200 hour Black Swan Yoga Teacher Training. He started in Ashtanga, and was certified in Vinyasa Flow, a breath to movement practice. He also teaches restorative yoga. Helping others learn these methods is one of his greatest desires now.
