Phylicia Gaston is the passionate owner of TrueCore Fitness Killeen, the city’s first comprehensive Pilates-focused fitness studio. Her journey began in 2024 as a member, where she quickly fell in love with both the method and the community that supported her every step of the way. After losing over 140 pounds through her own personal health transformation, Phylicia felt inspired to become a certified instructor and share the empowering impact Pilates had on her life.

Driven by a vision to create a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and strong, Phylicia opened TrueCore Killeen to give others the same sense of belonging she found during her journey. She believes that Pilates is for every body—regardless of age, fitness level, or background—and is committed to fostering a welcoming environment where people can move, grow, and thrive together.
